MUDIWA ONAI

Mudiwa Onai is the Divination Professor in Hogwarts Legacy.

Professor Onai has a gift for foresight and is a Seer. In an effort to leave tragic memories behind, specifically the murder of her husband - which she did not foresee - Professor Onai left her tribe to teach Divination at Uagadou (the largest magic school in the world).

Once her friend Matilda Weasley invited her to teach at Hogwarts, she decided to accept the position as Divination professor there. Onai is an Animagus (she can transform into an African fish eagle) but has refused to transform since her husband's murder. She is strict and has high expectations of her students and her daughter, Natsai.

Although very skilled with a wand, like her daughter she prefers to conjure magic with her bare hands, as this is the custom in her homeland. Onai is a commanding presence in any room she enters and demands respect from all with whom she interacts.
