POPPY SWEETING

Poppy Sweeting is a Hufflepuff witch who is known for her brightness and compassion. She possesses extensive knowledge of and deep love for creatures. She believes that creatures possess more redeeming qualities than most people and arrived at this opinion in her childhood, having grown up in poacher camps with her parents.

She prefers the company of beasts to people and may appear reserved as a result. She currently lives with her grandmother when not attending school and is estranged from her parents, which has contributed to her unmistakable air of independence.

In an era where magical beasts are often disregarded, Poppy stands out as their champion. She fights daily against negative attitudes towards them, but her main battles are against the Poacher Pack, which she loathes and will do everything in her power to protect beasts from, even if it puts her own safety at risk.
